We offer three planning packages to fit your planning needs.

For the Couple who wants full comprehensive assistance to plan and manage the entire wedding from A to Z!

Meetings:

Unlimited consultations via phone, text, zoom and email (begins once retainer is received)

Planning:​

Full access to online planning file with design studio, guest list, RSVP tracking, guest seating capabilities, budget planning and vendor files and much more!

Development and maintenance of checklist

Weekly check in with list of tasks to be worked on which starts when An Everlasting Moment is hired

Assist with creation and management of budget

Create detailed wedding day timeline that will be shared with vendors no later than 3 weeks before the wedding

Assist with the design/decor elements for ceremony, cocktail and reception. Mood board creation in the online planning portal will be available

Etiquette advisement

Floor plan, seating and flow chart assistance

Assist with transportation organization for guests and bridal party if needed

Vendor Coordination:

Vendor referrals – Coordinator will research, make sure they fit in budget and get contract started.

Coordinate all vendor meetings (coordinator can attend meetings if schedule allows)

Negotiate and review all contracts and arrangements

Walk through of venue/Site Visit
Vendor payment alerts 

Details:

Assistance in selecting, creating of all paper products and mailings…“Save the Dates”, invitations, menu cards, programs etc…

Event design

Floor plan, seating and flow chart assistance

The Rehearsal:

Direct and supervise the wedding ceremony rehearsal

The Day of: (includes one lead planner and one assistant)

Direct vendors

Aid in the setup of the event (setup place cards, favors, décor, etc.)

Make sure vendors stick to timeline

Up to 10 hours of day of service (additional hours can be added for an additional fee)

For the Couple who wants assistance from a dedicated industry ​expert to help manage the planning process!
