Based out of Pleasant Hill, California, An Everlasting Moment has a dedicated team of professional planners who aim to design dream weddings. The company was established by Mirella Riga in 2001. Mirella has been involved in many weddings growing up and even worked at a stationery store where her specialty was wedding invitations.  A couple of years after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Sociology she decided to start her own company.
